JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other FIR accused persons is alleged to have taken money to provide jobs in Railway.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that not a single paisa has been transferred in name of the petitioner and his name has transpired in the instant case only on the basis of confessional statement of one co-accused Pramod Kumar Gupta. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
