2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 147 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 327,385, 447, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have fired which did not hit the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2023. He further submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioners are mostly with regard to the dispute with the same parties.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 147 of 2023.
