2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he along with other co-accused persons caused three fire-arm injuries to brother of the informant. The injured (brother of informant) specifically named this petitioner.
