2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a dacoity was committed in the C.S.P. Point and Rs. 2,48,000/- was looted.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the petitioner and no T.I. Parade has been held.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. I have considered the submissions of the learned

7. Materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. Petitioner is accused in five more cases and he has been identified in the CCTV Footage.

8. Since the petitioner has been identified as one of the dacoit who committed crime and his face was captured in the CCTV Footage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

9. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
