The petitioner prays for grant of bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 384, 386, 387, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier request for prayer for bail was rejected. Report of the trial court reveals that no prosecution witness has been examined till date. Petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2020. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
