Except criminal antecedent and confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.12.2014 but up till now, Investigating officer failed to arrange Test idnetification Parade. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in Dawath P.S.
