The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 304 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that while the informant was getting his brother treated in Katihar Medical College Hospital, the petitioners approached the informant, asked him to get his brother treated by them and his brother would be certainly cured. The petitioners took Rs. 30,000/- from the informant, but brother of the informant died on the same day. Submission is that no paper is submitted with regard to the treatment given to brother of the informant.
