The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one loaded country-made pistol was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 12.5.2014 for recovery of a country-made pistol.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than nine months for recovery of a country-made pistol, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri
