Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the final form has been submitted, and therefore, there is no merit in this application and the same is dismissed. However, before parting with the order it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim is not being recovered

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1662 of 2017(2) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 and the police is not taking any action to recover the victim. The police is directed to recover the victim so that the dispute between the parties is settled once and for all. With the aforesaid observation and direction this application is dismissed.
