JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-04-2022 Heard Mr. Pushpendra Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 77 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 379, 354, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the First Information Report, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by means of an iron rod. Other persons are also said to have assaulted the informant. However, the injuries suffered by the informant has been reported to be simple in nature.
There is a counter version of the occurrence also in which many persons have been injured.
The accused persons of the counter case have been

Considering the afore-noted facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 77 of 2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
