The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 413, 414, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that some miscreants have been arrested by the police who used to sale and purchase the stolen motorcycle. They named the petitioner as one of his associates.

Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, the petitioner has been roped in the present case. The petitioner has no concern either with the apprehended accused persons or the seized stolen motorcycles. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P) P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid
