1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners have filed the instant application for the following relief(s):- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 6.2.2018 in Complaint Case No. 525118024121700050 passed by the Sub Divisional Public Grievances Redressal Officer, Lakhisarai, District-Lakhisarai by which petition of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4664 of 2018(2) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 petitioner no-2 dated 14.12.17 has been disposed of with regard to seeking information in connection with Zamabandi No.211 of Dakhil Kharij in Case No.112/2013-14 contained in annexure-9 to this petition.

(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the Respondent authority to make an enquiry and also appointed Special Authority for misconduct of the Circle Officer, Lakhisarai, District-Lakhisarai.

(iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the Respondent authority to pass an appropriate order with regard to Mutation of land of the Petitioner no.1 with regard to Zamabandi No.211.

(iv) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the Respondent authorities to take appropriate action against the Circle Officer, Lakhisarai who have pass intentionally wrong order with regard to Zamabandi No.211."
