Earlier, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27618 of 2020.

Trial Court report reveals that charge has already been framed on 16.02.23 and the case is fixed for prosecution evidence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2020.

Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
