JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video Conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID-19 Pandemic. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Nand Kishore Prasad, the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sikandra PS case no. 212 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner, noticing the view of this Court regarding the present case, has prudently thought it proper to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court for grant of regular bail after lapse of the period, as stipulated by this Court.
