Petitioner seeks bail in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 134 of 2009 instituted under Section 302 and other allied Sections of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, East Champaran at Motihari.

Considering the nature of allegation in the First Information Report notwithstanding the medical opinion as also the subsequent Final Report against the accused persons named in the First Information Report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35031 of 2014 (3) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 Petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.
