JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 01.12.2014 on the accusation that he was caught in a truck on which in huge quantity foreign liquor were found. The confessional statement of petitioner was recorded and in his confessional statement, he disclosed that on the request of his friend, he was only going with the said truck and he does not have any concern with the seized illegal foreign liquor.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
