Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. No one appears for the State to oppose this application. Petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 379, 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10354 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2019 2/3 Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners are said to be the members of the mob who had entered in the village of the informant and abused the villagers as also assaulted one Chandan Devi and Guriya Devi by lathi and took away the buffalo and goat. It is submitted that these petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the allegations are general and omnibus.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case wherein the submission of the petitioners is that there are general and omnibus allegations against these petitioners without attributing any specific allegation of assault and that they have no criminal antecedent, in case of arrest or surrender of the petitioners within a period of four weeks from today, the abovenamed petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (rupees fifteen thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfication of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Udakishunganj, DistrictMadhepura in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioners shall join the investigation by reporting to the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today and shall cooperate in course of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10354 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2019 3/3 investigation. This will be in addition to condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
