JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard Mr. Vindhyakeshari Kumar, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 376 I.P.C. and Section 3, 18 of POCSO Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 24.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5784 of 2014. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 354/2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within six months holding the trial on day-to-day basis. If the trial is not
