This is an application for extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.50,000/- as per order dated 11.11.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 26768 of 2020.

For the reasons stated in the application, time to deposit the amount of Rs.50,000/- is extended by six months. The applicant to surrender before the court below within a period four weeks from today in terms of the order dated 11.11.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 26768 of 2020 and the trial court court should not insist for payment of the amount of Rs.50,000/- at the time of surrender of the applicant. Consequently the earlier order granting anticipatory bail to the applicant stands modified to the extent mentioned
