Anjana Prakash, a former Judge of this Court, was appointed as an Arbitrator by my predecessor-in-office to adjudicate the dispute. The Arbitrator, so appointed, has declined to proceed with the same. In the wake of the above, learned counsel for the parties agree that a new Arbitrator be appointed in the matter.
