JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the entire retiral dues of the petitioner has already been paid on account of the earlier orders of this Court, however certain revision of pension is required to be carried out on account of grant of benefits of A.C.P.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court finds that the grievances of the petitioner has been fulfilled, however he is granted liberty to approach the departmental authorities for revision of pension, in case the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12731 of 2017(5) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 same has not been revised considering the revision of salary, if any, on account of grant of the benefits of A.C.P. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
