Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4178 of 2018(2) dt.15-03-2018 2/2 terms of the aforesaid two orders passed in the writ petition and the L.P.A.

The State Government should take steps in the light of the aforesaid two judgments and redress the grievances of the petitioners herein.
