Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nimachandpura P.S. Case No.71 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has been implicated in this case at the instance and connivance of his uncle Ram Sagar Mahto. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
