2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 590 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 28.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45571 of 2023. The petitioner is in jail since 20.03.2023.

4. As per the prosecution case, the motorcycle of the informant was looted by unknown criminals.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10416 of 2024(4) dt.03-04-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran concerned court in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 590 of 2020.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Isuapur police station on every Sunday of the month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
