Although petitioner is named in the first information report but victim in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C has, nowhere, stated about involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge I, Saharsa in Bihra P.S. Case no. 221/2014.
