The prayer in this writ application is to direct the respondents to institute an FIR and investigate the matter in connection with complaint case no. 944-C/2014 filed by the petitioner before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.

WJC No.1649 of 2017(2) dt.13-12-2022 2/2 As according to the petitioner, the learned C.J.M., Jamui had directed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. to the concerned police station, Malaypur to lodge an FIR and investigate the matter vide order dated 11.06.2014 but sill no FIR was lodged. Mr. Deepak Kumar, learned AC to GP-4 submits that in this case, the FIR was lodged much before the filing of this writ application and in fact after investigation, police has submitted a final form, therefore, the writ application itself has been framed on wrong terms.

Having regard to the aforesaid submissions, this writ application is dismissed.
