Petitioners are in custody in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 221 of 2018 for the offence under sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 324, 307, 379, 511 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the informant admits that there is no specific overt act alleged against these petitioners. Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and there is no specific overt act and they are in custody since 19.11.2018, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6537 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 221 of 2018.
