Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application before the Circle Officer, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda, for the mutation of his name with regard to land appertaining to Khata No. 320 Plot No. 957 and Khata No. 308 Plot No. 958 situated under the Mouza- Bhaisasur, Circle- Biharsharif, District- Nalanda. However, the said representation was filed on 17.10.2024, and the Circle Officer has not taken any decision.

3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.3362 of 2025(2) dt.04-03-2025 2/2 according to the existing law, the petitioner is required to file an online application, but he has not done so. This is the reason why the Circle Officer has not acknowledged the same.

4. In light of the submissions made above, the writ petitions stands disposed off, directing the petitioner to file an online application for mutation within 30 days from today. The Circle Officer is further directed to pass an order after hearing all concerned parties regarding the said land within 90 days thereafter.

5. It is made clear that the 90 days shall be counted from the date of appearance of all concerned parties. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Aman Kumar/- U
