2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bisfi P. S. Case No.300 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471 of the I.P.C.

3. The accusation against the petitioner is that he fraudulently got the Land Possession Certificate of three plots which actually belonged to other persons.

4. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the revenue authorities wrongly included the plots in Land Possession Certificate and when revenue authorities realized their fault, they lodged this false case against the petitioner.

5. He further submits that moreover, petitioner has already been surrendered the aforesaid Land Possession Certificate and the same has already been cancelled, which is evident from perusal of order impugned.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P. S. Case No.300 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
