The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant named the petitioners along with other accused persons and alleged that all the accused persons made indiscriminate firing, the informant entered into the house of Girdhar Verma. On account of firing made by the accused persons including the petitioners, Kajal Kumari the daughter of Naresh Verma got firearm injury on her arm.

It is submitted that omnibus and general allegation of firing is made, but only one firing hit Kajal Kumari not the informant. Similarly situated co-accused Shyam Sundar Yadav @

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36490 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 Sunar Yadav and Lodho Yadav @ Rajendra Yadav have already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16906 of 2015 on 22.06.2015. The petitioners are in jail since 04.09.2014 and 30.08.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Sonbarsa Raj P.S.
