JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 At the very outset, it is informed that petitioner no. 2, namely, Ghuran Yadav has already been arrested. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands dismissed being infructuous.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner no. 1, namely, Pankaj Yadav as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner no. 1 apprehends his arrest in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 307, 386, 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking note of this fact that there is specific
