JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.6.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21103 of 2015 by which bail was granted and petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.10,000/- within four weeks but the same was not deposited.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to deposit the amount as per the direction of this Court dated 18.6.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21103 of 2015. He makes a prayer for extension of time for depositing the same.

Prayer is allowed. The time provided in the order dated 18.6.2015 is hereby extended by further four weeks from today. In failure to deposit the said amount this order will be deemed to have been withdrawn.

Accordingly this application is disposed of.
