This application has been filed by the petitioner for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party No. 2 by order dated 06-02-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4205 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the O.P. No. 2 is ill-treating the petitioner. Therefore, his Anticipatory Bail should be cancelled.

I find that this reason cannot be the sole ground to cancel Anticipatory Bail granted to O.P. No. 2. The petitioner always has the liberty to avail the remedies available in law for separate cause of action.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17342 of 2021(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 In view of the aforesaid facts as well as the law laid down in the case of Dolat Ram vs. State reported in (1995) 1 SCC 349, I find no ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to opposite party No. 2.

Accordingly, this cancellation application stands dismissed.
