JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that his writ petition may be disposed in terms of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2459 of 2015 vide order dated 10.2.2015.

In the said writ application this court without entering into the merit directed the petitioner to file a fresh application for grant of ACP before the District Programme Officer, Madhubani and District Programme Officer was directed to verify the entire entitlement of the petitioner and take final decision within four weeks.

In view of innocuous prayer made by the petitioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.57 of 2017 (2) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application for consideration of grant of ACP before the District Programme Officer, Madhubani who will verify the entitlement of the petitioner and take final decision within four weeks, if he has not already decided the entitlement for grant of ACP.
