The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.435 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 143, 341, 323, 328, 307 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Despite service of notice upon opposite party no.2, she has chosen not to appear.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present case has been filed one month after divorce case was filed against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Chapra, District Saran in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.435 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
