Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners induced the informant and other illiterate women of the locality to take loan from Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd., Share Micropin Ltd. Ujiwan Small finance Bank, Jena Small Finance, H.D.F.C. Micro Finance, Marg Darshan Financial Services Ltd and thereby committed

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are neither staff nor agent of the financial institution and have been made accused only on suspicion. There is no cheat of papers in support of allegation. Not a single penny has been transferred in the account of these petitioners and hence no offence under Section 420 of I.P.C is made out against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, District: East Champaran in connection with Mothihari Town P.S. Case No. 463 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
