After short argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal writ petition, in view of submissions as advanced by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State/Respondent, that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Counter affidavit filed by State also suggest that charge-sheet has been submitted.
