This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Parasbigha P.S. Case No.02 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 8 of the POCSO Act. 3.

The petitioner is the mother of the main accused with whom the victim had eloped. The petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2024.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
