The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Petitioner is alleged to have caught the informant. On such, Satmi Singh cut the neck of the informant. There is no specific allegation of assault against this petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 27.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
