2. After some argument, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No. 3206 of 2020(4) dt.01-02-2024 2/2 petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed representation Annexure-7 which has not been disposed of till date.

3. Learned counsel for the State on the other hand submits that the relief(s) demanded by the petitioners are basically a policy matter that whether the petitioners are entitled for C.P.F. or for G.P.F. which cannot be decided at the level of the Executive Engineer and therefore, he may be directed to file fresh representation before the Engineer-in-Chief-cum-Special Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Patna.

4. In this background, the present writ application is disposed of directing the petitioners to file fresh representation before respondent no. 2 within one month from today along with the order passed by this Court and respondent no. 2 is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order within 90 days thereafter.
