The petitioner has preferred the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the F.I.R., the brother of the informant took out some money and proceeded with 4-5 unknown persons on the motorcycle, whom the informant did not recognize. On the next day, dead body of the brother of the informant was recovered who had been stabbed to death. Name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation on her alleged confession before the police. As per the confession, her husband (the deceased herein) who used to torture her was murdered by accused Rajiv Kumar and others. The said Rajiv

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17454 of 2021(2) dt.27-08-2021 2/2 Kumar has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 2.3.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. no.39252 of 2020. The petitioner is in custody since 17.3.2020 and has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 1 year 5 months, this Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case no. 134 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa.
