2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for a direction to the respondents authority to pay amount of the compensation land of acquired the petitioners i.e. with regard to khata no. 15 plot no. 29 and 65 in their equal store as others (4) four share holder of land in same plot have been paid by the respondents because land of the petitioners have been acquired in equally

(ii) for a direction to the Respondents authority to submit fresh measurement report after measuring the land of the petitioner as it has been acquired and thereafter pay the compensation amount of residential value to the petitioners with interest at the market rate till the last payment;

(iii) for any other order/orders on the facts and circumstances stated herein-after of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be pursuing the remedy before the respondent no.3, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Aurangabad for the redressal of the grievance.

4. The State has no objection.

5. Granting said liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
