Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354(B), 504, 337

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8380 of 2022(2) dt.01-09-2022 2/3 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Cheriabariyarpur P.S.Case No. 161 of 2021.

As per allegation, eight accused persons named in the FIR came to the house of the informant and they wanted to know the whereabouts of her son. They also abused the family members of the informant. Specific allegation against the petitioner no.2 is that he assaulted the son of the informant with iron rod. The accused persons also outraged the modesty of the informant and they took away gold chain from the neck of Priyanka Devi.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case and petitioners are persons of clean antecedent and the parties have compromised their disputes.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Cheriabariyarpur P.S.Case No. 161 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
