In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 220 of 2017 registered for offence punishable under sections 307, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made by the informant that the petitioners and others have fired upon the husband of informant which hit his neck.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case,
