1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AC to GP-19 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the BSFC.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the instant writ application has been filed for a direction upon the authorities to grant permission for transferring the purchased land of the petitioners bearing Khata
Patna High Court CWJC No.4272 of 2025(3) dt.26-06-2025 2/3 No. 27, Khesra Nos. 2053, 2074, Area 27 decimal, MouzaParasa Mahind, P.S- Sonbarsa, Thana No. 169, Tauzi No. 5120 in the name of the purchaser on the ground that son of the petitioner no. 1 was selected in medical examination and for his admission fee, money is required, as such, the petitioners sold the land to the purchaser on account of personal necessity and further to direct the Deputy Registrar, Bhutahi to register the land in question in favour of the purchaser to whom the petitioners have sold the aforesaid land.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that initially the land was put in Rok Suchi (restricted list), but after verification, it came to the notice of the authorities that the land was wrongly included in the Rok Suchi, hence the Sub-Registrar, Bhutahi has been intimated about the said decision vide Memo No. 704 dated 11.04.2025 (Annexure R/G to the counter affidavit), as such it is submitted that the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed, as there is no hurdle in getting the land sold by the petitioners registered.
4. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed, in view of the stand taken by the authorities in the counter affidavit, the petitioners seek permission to withdraw

5. Permission is accorded.
6. Accordingly, the instant writ application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
