The writ petition has been filed for:- "(i)For setting aside the order dated 16.1.2017, passed in BLT Case No.107/2014, passed by Hon'ble Mr. Ram Prawesh Sharma, Member Judicial, Bihar Land Tribunal to the extent where the Hon'ble Member has held that the suit land is state property and hence has home decided the title of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11436 of 2017(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 suit land.

(ii) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to."

3. Learned State counsel has taken this Court to the order passed by the Bihar Land Tribunal in BLT Case No.107 of 2014 to show that the applicant failed to provide any document to show that he is entitled for the said land. It is recorded as Gair-Majarua Khas land in the records which is used for public purpose.

4. Be that as it may, as there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
