The petitioner seeks bail in Chainpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons named in the FIR committed murder of the brother of informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR and no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Name of this petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the analysis of call detail report (CDR) in which mobile of petitioner was found in conversation with co-accused on the alleged date and time of occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 28.10.2021. Investigation
