On the basis of the confidential information, a raid was conducted at a hut erected by the side of a petrol pump at Nahas Pashchim Tole wherefrom 160.200 litres of Nepali origin wine were seized while the accused succeeded in his escape. The local Chaukidar identified to be that of the petitioner. Whereupon he has been named and, surrendered accordingly and is under custody since 28.12.2019.

From para 3 of the petition, it is evident that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Consequent thereupon, petitioner, Anil Yadav @ Bambaiya @ Ganish Yadav is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5220 of 2020(3) dt.08-06-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P.S.
