1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. i. For issuance of writ/s, order/s, direction/s in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent, to immediately pay the travel expenses of the daughters of the petitioner as claimed in the reimbursement application, which has been refused vide latter dated 02.02.2023 by the Respondent No. 5, as per quashing of the order dated 10.10.2022.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2168 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 ii. For further issue a direction to pay a suitable compensation to the petitioner because the petitioner has been harassed by the official respondents in illegal manner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Secretary, National Institute of Open Schooling, Government of India, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Secretary, National Institute of Open Schooling, Government of India, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
