The petitioner seeks bail in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 81/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26(ii) and 27 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 22.03.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.
